Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Site blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also featured in this new image disclosure is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Visible on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a key detailing distinct parts of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.

More images released as part of the continuing investigative release.
